She is responsible for managing administrative functions and internal procedures within the business. In addition, she is looking after client management including setting up new clients, collating all the necessary information required to enable
us to act on the client’s behalf, issuing engagement letters, administering the fee protection scheme and ensuring
government filing deadlines are met for all the clients.
PREETIKA VARSHNEY
Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience in the accounting field.
She is the second director in the company managing existing clientele and works closely with accounts department to review accounts of sole trader, partnership & LLP firms, management accounts for corporate firms, business/corporate tax
computation, VAT return preparation etc.

MOHIT VARSHNEY
Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with more than 10 years of experience working with individuals and corporations, public and private sector.
He looks after company operations and has a significant understanding of corporate governance and government regulations. He has rich experience working directly with clients on financial projects which allows him to take charge of financial projects with the ability to complete within timelines. Also providing visibility to key stakeholders with financial reports and analysis upon request.

Kapil has over 3 years works experience in the accounting field and works in the accounts department where his work focuses on preparation of accounts for sole trader, partnership & LLPs, preparation of business/corporation tax computations, assisting with VAT return preparation and assisting clients with the completion of VAT error forms where unclaimed VAT has been missed & requesting repayment from HMRC.
Vijay Kumar (Accountant)
Vijay recently joined in Mar’23 as a bookkeeper with previous work experience in various sectors such as retail, charity and human resources. He is responsible for bookkeeping services, VAT returns, assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and providing support for other members of the team. He also helps clients by ensuring their financial information is up to date, anticipating their financial needs and supporting them in the use of accounting software like Xero Certified Advisor, Xero Payroll Advisor and QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor.
